Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 9 to 12 years in Cost & Commercial Management; 5+ years leading client expectations and managing a business unit
• Preferred certification: MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Consult executive level existing clientele and showcase services
• Grow revenue by expanding services to existing clients
• Recruit and develop diverse and talented team members
• Partner with other service lines to provide integrated project approaches
• Prepare fee proposals and negotiate professional services agreements
• Provide quality assurance to cost estimates before submittal to clients
• Mentor and lead team development
• Set strategy for business development and marketing
• Oversee fiscal performance and provide reporting to senior management
• Approve invoices and pursue accounts receivable
