Job summary

BNY is seeking a Director-level Strategic Lead for Corporate Services in the New York area, overseeing 240G headquarters, New Jersey and Washington offices. You will lead direct reports and vendor partners, ensuring client experience, governance, and continuous improvement align with GCSD standards and business priorities.

You will drive budget planning, risk controls, performance reviews and cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Workplace Experience, Security and Finance to deliver

Qualifications

• 12+ years of corporate services, workplace experience or related leadership in a multi-site setting.
• Strong leadership and vendor management across complex service providers.
• Financial planning, budgeting and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Services delivery across NY portfolio with GCSD alignment.
• Manage vendor governance, KPIs/SLAs, and cost oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Real Estate, Security, Finance, Procurement.
• Act as escalation point for service and operational issues and drive improvements.
• Oversee annual budget planning, forecasts and financial performance.
