Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Strategic Lead at Director level to own Corporate Services strategy, governance and delivery for the New York area portfolio, including HQ and regional offices. You will lead direct reports and vendor partners, ensuring client-focused services and strong governance across multiple workplace functions.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor performance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Real Estate, Security and Technology.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Corporate Services and multi-site leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge across workplace service functions including food & beverage, hospitality, reception, events, fitness, mail/distribution, document services.
• Proven experience leading direct reports and outsourced vendors, including KPI/SLA management and negotiations.
• Strong financial analytics with budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization.
• Leadership, stakeholder management and communication across senior leaders and suppliers.
• Strategic, client-focused with ability to manage multiple priorities and drive business outcomes.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with data tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Services delivery across the portfolio with GCSD standards and priorities.
• Direct reports and outsourced teams with clear objectives and accountability for results.
• Oversee vendor governance, KPIs/SLAs, staffing and service quality.
• Act as senior escalation point for critical service and operational issues.
• Lead annual budget planning and financial management; drive cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Workplace Experience, Security, Tech, Finance and Procurement.
• Use data and feedback to set priorities and evaluate service models.
