BNY is seeking an experienced engineering leader to define and drive the global Workplace Hub strategy, overseeing architecture, modernization, and delivery of secure, scalable workplace platforms that support the in-office experience and the safety, security, and operational effectiveness of our people and facilities.

Based in New York City, this senior role partners with Product, UX, business stakeholders, operations teams, and peer engineering groups to deliver globally consistent,

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise delivery, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading global engineering teams and large-scale enterprise technology portfolios.
• Strong technical credibility across full-stack development, APIs, integrations, cloud-native platforms, security, and production engineering.

Aufgaben

• Define engineering vision, architecture, and delivery roadmap for Workplace Hub platforms.
• Lead multiple engineering teams across development, platform support, modernization, and production resilience.
• Establish standards and operating models to improve speed, quality, security, and scalability.
• Partner with Workplace Experience, Corporate Security, Real Estate, and Facilities stakeholders.
• Drive AI-first engineering mindset to improve user experience and operational insight.
