BNY Mellon is seeking a Director to join our Corporate Strategy team in New York. You will shape enterprise strategy across businesses and geographies, translating market shifts into prioritized actions for senior leaders and influencing the firm’s long‑term value.

You will independently lead multiple complex engagements, frame hypotheses, direct workstreams and synthesize recommendations into executable plans; mentor colleagues and apply AI‑enabled research with governance and strong data

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in corporate strategy at a top financial institution or leading consulting firm.
• Strong financial services fluency and ability to link market shifts to enterprise priorities.
• Experience advising senior executives and leading cross-functional teams.
