Job summary

CHOC Children's is seeking a Corporate Relations Director to lead the CMN team and implement a nationwide corporate giving strategy. You will manage partnerships with corporations and foundations, align with development staff, and drive fundraising growth across local and national CMN hospitals.

The role requires at least five years in corporate development, a bachelor’s degree, and proven leadership in revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Corporate Development or Engagement.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of managing direct reports in a revenue-generating capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Children’s Miracle Network team and develop a strategic Corporate Giving plan.
• Build and sustain relationships with Corporate and Foundation partners at national, regional and local levels.
• Collaborate with development staff and CMN national staff to retain and expand partnerships.
• Set goals and performance benchmarks for the Corporate Partnerships team.
• Oversee gifts totaling $4+ million annually for CMN partners.
