Job summary

Duke Children’s Hospital & Health Center in Durham, NC is seeking an Associate Director, Partnerships and Cause Marketing to lead and grow major fundraising partnerships within the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals program. You will oversee national corporate accounts, build strategies, and steward donor relationships to increase net income.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years of related fundraising/partnership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan and administer fundraising programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and steward Duke CMN Hospitals’ national corporate accounts across the market area.
• Collaborate on planning partner engagement strategy and growth with the team.
• Attend partner fundraising events, make presentations, and host hospital tours.
• Create toolkits and resources for partners to maximize fundraising impact.
• Develop and coordinate communications plans with partners and fundraisers.
• Work with CMN Hospitals national staff to implement best practices.
• Identify and establish new corporate and local partnerships.
• Solicit sponsorships and partnership opportunities for signature events.
• Maintain fundraising reports and analyze data to inform decisions.
