CHOC Children's is seeking a Corporate Relations Director to lead the CMN team and implement a nationwide corporate giving strategy. You will manage partnerships with corporations and foundations, align with development staff, and drive fundraising growth across local and national CMN hospitals.

The role requires at least five years in corporate development, a bachelor’s degree, and proven leadership in revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Children’s Miracle Network team and develop a strategic Corporate Giving plan.
  • Build and sustain relationships with Corporate and Foundation partners at national, regional and local levels.
  • Collaborate with development staff and CMN national staff to retain and expand partnerships.
  • Set goals and performance benchmarks for the Corporate Partnerships team.
  • Oversee gifts totaling $4+ million annually for CMN partners.

Job Summary

The Corporate Relations Director is responsible for managing the Children’s Miracle Network team. Creating and implementing a strategic Corporate Giving operational plan for building and managing comprehensive relationships with Corporations. Collaborates with development staff and CMN national staff to manage and retain relationships/corporate partners with Children's Miracle Network on national, regional and local levels while developing new relationships to generate further funding. Serves as a primary contact and Program Director for Children's Miracle Network hospitals. Responsible for setting goals and performance benchmarks for associates in the Corporate Partnerships department. Responsible for $4+ Million in gifts annually concentrating on Children’s Miracle Network partners.

Pay Range

Minimum $78,978 Midpoint $118,477 Maximum $157,955

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience
