Job summary

CHOC is seeking a Corporate Relations Director to lead and grow the Children’s Miracle Network partnerships. The role oversees corporate relationships, drives a national/local strategy, and reports to CMN leadership. You will set goals, manage staff, and ensure sustainable funding streams.

The position focuses on building strong relationships with corporations and foundations, advancing cause marketing initiatives, and guiding strategic philanthropy to support pediatric health programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Corporate Development or Engagement.
• Entrepreneurial, comprehensive and prospect-driven approach to relations.
• Proven ability to expand and strengthen partnerships with Corporations and Foundations.
• Preferred knowledge of cause marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Children’s Miracle Network team and operations.
• Create and implement a strategic Corporate Giving plan for relationships with corporations.
• Collaborate with CMN national staff to manage national, regional and local partnerships.
• Serve as primary contact and Program Director for CMN hospitals.

Creating and implementing a strategic Corporate Giving operational plan for building and managing comprehensive relationships with Corporations. Collaborates with development staff and CMN national staff to manage and retain relationships/corporate partners with Children's Miracle Network on national, regional and local levels while developing new relationships to generate further funding. Serves as a primary contact and Program Director for Children's Miracle Network hospitals.
