Job summary

CHOC Children’s in Orange, California, is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships to manage CHOC Foundation’s CMN partners and drive revenue growth. You will develop and implement corporate fundraising strategies, build donor relationships, and lead stewardship initiatives to expand support for pediatric care.

The role requires at least four years in nonprofit fundraising, a relevant degree, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of non-profit fundraising experience or equivalent experience in corporate development, raising gifts of $10,000 or more.
• Preferred: Managing cause marketing campaigns.
• Associate’s degree and two (2) years of additional relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Ability to plan and execute fundraising initiatives from inception to completion; strong communication, organizational and time management skills; ability to write and speak persuasively; excellent interpersonal skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Manage and steward CHOC Foundation’s CMN partners to achieve organizational revenue goals through growth and support of CMN fundraising initiatives.
• Develop and implement new corporate fundraising and stewardship strategies to expand donor giving and involvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising initiatives with CHOC Foundation goals and priorities.
