Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Director, Corporate Card in Houston to develop and execute a scalable card strategy that drives growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the bank's Corporate Card business. The role oversees card sales, onboarding, portfolio expansion, client experience, risk governance, and efficiency.

You will lead pricing optimization, partnerships with treasury and bankers, and initiatives to boost spend growth and client retention while shaping the long-term vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of corporate card experience or relevant consultancy with leadership roles.
• Expert knowledge of corporate card programs, industry trends and competitors.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive transformational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the corporate card strategy aligned with business and treasury objectives.
• Lead sales initiatives to grow revenue and expand client relationships.
• Partner with bankers and treasury teams to overcome challenges and support growth.
• Drive profitability through spend growth, utilization and client retention strategies.
• Optimize pricing, rebates, and revenue opportunities to enhance program performance.
• Analyze results, communicate insights, and lead a high-performing team.
• Oversee onboarding, portfolio growth, and risk governance for the Corporate Card program.
