Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Treasury Client Services Professional II to support corporate card clients and program administrators in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with Card Sales, Account Managers, and Treasury Officers to deliver proactive, consultative service and strong client relationships. This role requires solid banking knowledge and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of product delivery systems and online banking tools.
• Extensive banking and Treasury Management product knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Ability to handle multiple requests professionally.

Responsibilities

• Directly support all service aspects of corporate card
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering best-in-class service through effective communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries and requests
• Respond to all customers and updates the customer on the status of all issues on a same day basis
• You will proactively contact existing customers to relate information regarding system changes, enhancements, outages, regulatory changes or any other information that could cause material customer impact
