Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Director of Content Intelligence & Supply to own the knowledge and growth of our 400+ million document UGC corpus. You will unite content understanding with supply, guiding cross-functional teams across product, ML, and engineering to turn data into strategic asset.

You’ll lead a portfolio aligning corpus decisions with business outcomes, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, and shaping the org’s future growth in a high-impact role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading product teams.
• Depth in data-heavy domains: ML/AI-powered products, search, or content platforms.
• Genuine data fluency and ability to work with ML/data science teams.
• Experience with content licensing or B2B data products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the content understanding roadmap across classification, enrichment, metadata, and quality.
• Grow UGC supply end-to-end: uploads, conversions, and contributor experience.
• Build knowledge infrastructure for AI, including segmentation and retrieval capabilities.
• Lead senior product leaders and collaborate with executives to align corpus decisions with business outcomes.
