Job summary

SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company headquartered in Needham, MA, seeks a Director, Connected Lifecycle Engineering to own the architecture and delivery of our connected firmware worldwide. You will define connectivity stack standards, provisioning protocols, and app/cloud interfaces that gate every connected program across product categories.

In this dual‑mandate role, you’ll lead a senior team, partner with ODM/JDM partners, ensure secure OTA updates, and align hardware,

Qualifications

• 12+ years in embedded software/firmware with wireless connectivity
• 5+ years leading engineering organizations
• Architected Bluetooth/BLE, Wi‑Fi, Zigbee, or Matter connectivity stacks and taken products through certification

Responsibilities

• Define connectivity stack standards and provisioning protocols for wireless, display, and app integration.
• Own global connected-device firmware delivery including security and OTA updates.
• Lead a senior engineering team and collaborate with ODM/JDM partners and cross‑functional groups.
• Establish CI/CD, testing automation, and gating processes for connected embedded programs.
