Job summary

SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company, is seeking a Senior Connected Firmware Developer in Needham, MA. You will own production embedded firmware for wireless-enabled consumer products and contribute to platform-level connectivity initiatives.

You will work with Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi/Matter stacks, device provisioning, OTA updates, and app/cloud integration, delivering robust, test‑driven features in a fast-paced, in-house environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of embedded software and firmware development.
• Experience shipping production connected firmware for consumer devices.
• Familiar with wireless connectivity, provisioning, and app/cloud integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and debug embedded firmware for connected products.
• Deliver end-to-end connected features and OTA updates.
• Build and maintain connectivity platform components and reference implementations.
• Collaborate on design reviews and ensure code quality and test coverage.
