Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Manager of Embedded Firmware Delivery in Needham, MA. You will lead a team of senior developers, own day-to-day delivery, review code, and ensure alignment with architecture and standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role guiding firmware across device control, OTA, and product features. You will collaborate with hardware, software, and cross-functional teams, driving automated testing, CI discipline, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline required.
• 8+ years of embedded software and firmware engineering.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring embedded engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop the delivery-focused Senior Embedded Firmware Developers within the US embedded firmware team.
• Manage delivery commitments for internally developed firmware — schedule, quality, and scope.
• Provide code review and design guidance with hands-on depth to make credible technical calls.
• Coordinate workload, sprint planning, and capacity across programs.
