SharkNinja in Needham, Massachusetts is seeking a Manager, Embedded Firmware Delivery to lead a team of Senior Embedded Firmware Developers. You will own day-to-day delivery, review code, guide architecture, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ship consumer electronics firmware.

You will drive CI/CD, static analysis, and automated testing, while maintaining architecture alignment and on-time delivery for hardware–cloud–software products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of embedded software and firmware engineering.
• 2+ years leading or formally mentoring embedded engineering teams.
• Hands-on delivery of production firmware for consumer electronics, home appliances, robotics, or related high-volume industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, and develop the delivery-focused Senior Embedded Firmware Developers within the US embedded firmware team.
• Delivery commitments for internally developed embedded firmware — schedule, quality, and scope.
• Code review, day-to-day technical direction, and design guidance for the team, with enough hands-on depth to make credible technical calls.
• Workload allocation, sprint planning, and capacity across concurrent programs.
