Qualifications

• 8+ years in product development, robotics, human factors, or related field.
• Experience owning a product category or portfolio—consumer goods or robots preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or engineering; advanced degree a plus.
• Executive-caliber communication and crisp writing for executive leadership.
• Strong strategic and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and leading teams of managers or senior contributors.

Responsibilities

• Own the Shark Robots category strategy and multi-year roadmap from concept to shelf.
• Build and lead a team of managers and product developers; hire, coach, and set goals.
• Set strategic vision for product specs balancing consumer needs and flagship tech.
• Define and defend design and performance targets across the category.
• Shape testing strategy with Insights & Intelligence; translate findings into roadmaps.
• Collaborate with supply chain and marketing to set cost structure and sourcing.
• Oversee go-to-market strategy, instructional materials, and post-purchase content.
• Represent Shark Robots to executive leadership and cross-functional orgs.
