You will guide the design and administration of all employee and provider pay programs, leading a team of analysts and consultants to deliver accurate, equitable compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in compensation administration or a related HR role.
• 5+ years overseeing the operations of a compensation team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, finance, human resources, psychology or related field; substitution allowed with 10 years of progressive experience.

Responsabilités

• Guide the design and administration of all employee and provider pay programs.
• Lead Compensation Analysts and Compensation Consultants to deliver excellent service.
• Partner with HR functions (HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, HRIS) to advance compensation strategy.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment and wage laws.
