Job summary

Cerenome is seeking a Director, Commercial Sales Training & Enablement to build the learning and enablement foundation for its growing US commercial team. The role partners with Marketing, Medical/Scientific and other functions to design onboarding, field readiness and ongoing enablement tools from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or building sales onboarding, training, enablement or field-readiness programs.
• Strong understanding of how field teams operate and translate complex information into practical learning.
• Ability to translate scientific/clinical/technical concepts into clear, commercially useful content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of onboarding, field readiness and enablement strategies.
• Create curricula, playbooks and tools to support product/clinical knowledge, customer engagement and account planning.
• Facilitate learning sessions, coach in the field and continuously improve the enablement approach.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical/Scientific and Sales Operations to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
• Develop measurements for readiness, productivity and training effectiveness and tie to commercial metrics.
