Job summary

CNSide Diagnostics, a Cerenome company, is seeking a Director, Commercial Sales Training & Enablement to build the learning and enablement foundation required for our growing commercial organization. As we expand our field team, this role will help ensure our people enter the field prepared to represent CNSide, our science, and our solutions consistently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial sales training or enablement.
• Experience building onboarding and field-readiness programs.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into practical learning.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Medical/Scientific, and Sales Ops.

Responsibilities

• Build a structured onboarding and field-readiness program for new hires.
• Establish readiness assessments and phased development opportunities.
• Develop curricula, playbooks, training resources, and field tools.
• Create resources for product/clinical knowledge, customer engagement, and account planning.
• Ensure consistent messaging and value proposition across teams.
• Establish coaching and reinforcement practices to improve performance.
• Use data to identify gaps and drive targeted development.
• Connect training with commercial performance indicators.
