Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Commercial Education Manager to lead the development, implementation and adoption of our training program for the commercial team. You will ensure peak performance toward company goals and collaborate with the Director of Training and Sales leadership to drive continuous improvement.

You will design curricula for new hires, facilitate classes, assess performance, and travel with the team to understand field challenges.

Qualifications

• Training and development experience in biotech or healthcare.
• At least 3 years’ experience in healthcare sales.
• Proven ability to coach others and present to audiences.
• Self-starter who requires little supervision.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop core curriculum for new hires.
• Design and facilitate training classes.
• Assess performance and identify regional/national/role-specific training needs.
• Organize, lead, and present virtual and in-person trainings.
• Field travel with sales team to learn field challenges and provide coaching feedback.
• Collaborate with Learning & Technology vendors.
• Maintain understanding of core products and processes to develop training.
• Create clear, well written communications and training documents.
• Measure and report training effectiveness toward goals.
