Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, drive workflow standardization, and partner with executives to maximize client value.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, operational excellence, and collaboration across producers, account teams, and leadership, with remote flexibility and potential on-site needs for hybrid requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with Divisional and Regional Leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Analyze staffing, workload, and service demands to develop capacity plans.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and workflow alignment.
• Promote EPIC usage and other technology to improve performance and consistency.
