Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations with a focus on scaling efficiency and client service excellence. The role requires deep P&C expertise, a current license, and leadership across large brokerage teams.

The position offers fully remote work with Central Time Zone hours, occasional on-site as needed, and opportunities to drive M&A integration and workflow standardization across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership teams.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, improve productivity and client outcomes.
• Lead process improvements and root-cause analyses to drive sustainability.
• Plan workforce capacity and support M&A integration initiatives.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership for initiatives.
• Promote EPIC usage and optimize technology platforms.
