Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. This executive role partners with divisional and regional teams to drive workflow standardization, process improvements, and scalable operations across the brokerage.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license with CPCU or CIC, 5–7+ years in a commercial lines leadership role at a large agency, and a proven ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, and process optimization.
• Experience leading mergers/acquisition integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leaders.
• Identify operational chokepoints and implement scalable improvements.
• Promote standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling for growth.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to drive performance.
