Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations for Commercial Property & Casualty, driving standardized workflows and scalable processes. Fully remote work is preferred, with onsite options near branches as needed per policy guidelines.

You will partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to enhance service delivery, profitability, and shareholder value. The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years of leadership within a large brokerage, active P&C

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Lines Strategy: Develop and execute initiatives that strengthen operations and performance.
• Operational Excellence: Identify challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and quality.
• Workflow Standardization: Promote standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices.
• Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Root Cause Analysis: Evaluate issues and implement corrective actions for sustainable improvements.
• Workforce Planning: Develop capacity plans to support growth and excellence.
• M&A Integration Support: Assist merger initiatives through operational assessments and planning.
• Systems & Technology Optimization: Promote EPIC usage and related tooling for performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build partnerships with producers, operations, and leadership.
• Change Leadership: Drive adoption of new processes and practices organization-wide.
