Job summary
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national subject matter expert in Commercial P&C insurance and agency operations. You will partner with divisional leaders to drive workflow standardization, process improvements, and scalable practices that raise client service and shareholder value.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of leadership in commercial lines at a large brokerage, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license is required.
- CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- 5–7+ years of commercial lines leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
- Strong expertise in workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategic initiatives with leadership.
- Identify and implement scalable workflows and standardized procedures.
- Lead process optimization to boost productivity and client outcomes.
- Analyze staffing, capacity, and demand to support growth.
- Collaborate with Managed Services to align resource use.
- Provide SME guidance on EPIC, systems, and tech usage.
