Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in a fully remote role with preference for Central Time Zone hours. The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation if possible; EPIC experience and proven process optimization are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to improve client service and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and quality.
• Promote standardized workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Support workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource management for growth.
