Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations with a focus on workflow standardization and scalable processes. The role partners with division and regional leaders to optimize performance and support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, CPCU and/or CIC, with 5–7+ years of senior Commercial Lines leadership in a large broker/agency. IOA offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
