Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines with 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage/agency. A current P&C license is required, and CPCU/CIC designation strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization, process improvement, and capacity planning.
• Strong communication and change leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with divisional and regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and client outcomes.
• Analyze staffing and capacity needs to support growth and excellence.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Promote EPIC usage and technology optimization.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to drive engagement and results.
