Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Active P&C license and designation (CPCU/CIC strongly preferred).
• Experience with workflow standardization, process improvements, and M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and quality.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement to boost productivity and consistency in client outcomes.
• Support staffing capacity planning and workforce optimization.
• Collaborate with EPIC and other systems to improve performance.
• Provide guidance on agency operations and P&C practices to producers and leaders.
• Support merger and acquisition initiatives through operational integration.
