Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations preferred, with strong communication and change leadership skills to navigate a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives to strengthen operations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvement to boost productivity and quality.
• Analyze staffing and capacity to support growth.
• Promote EPIC usage and technology optimization
