Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to drive national P&C operations, standardize workflows, and support growth and M&A initiatives. Fully remote with CST hours, some onsite as needed within the policy. Requires active P&C license and CPCU/CIC designation plus 5–7+ years in a large brokerage environment.

The role partners with division and regional leaders to optimize service delivery, efficiency, and client outcomes while upholding IOA values.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable process improvements.
