Job summary

Axtria, Inc. is seeking a Director to lead the Commercial Excellence practice from its Berkeley Heights, NJ location.

You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver incentive compensation strategy, GTM initiatives, and end-to-end commercial outcomes for life sciences clients. You will translate business objectives into AI-, data-, and analytics-driven solutions, shaping client strategies with a strong consulting toolkit and industry fluency.

Qualifications

10–15 years in commercial strategy, operations, analytics, or strategy/ops consulting.

Responsibilities

Read client organizations quickly to shape a point of view and identify unmet needs and new solutions.
Translate business objectives into AI-, data-, and analytics-driven solutions for clients.
Break down complex problems into clear requirements and actionable steps across consulting and on-site engagements.
Own and drive projects across the commercial operations landscape, esp. incentive compensation, GTM strategy, field design, and deployment.
Develop executive-level presentations addressing client challenges and opportunities for expanded engagements.
Work hands-on with client stakeholders with minimal oversight.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining client satisfaction and delivery timelines.
Build and develop high-performing teams through mentoring and coaching.
Contribute to team growth via referrals, interviews, and hiring.
Drive thought leadership through POVs, whitepapers, and client-ready content.
