You will drive incentive compensation design, field force deployment, and client-focused analytics across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA considered a plus.
• Strong communication skills to present analytical insights.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global teams delivering commercial analytics and sales effectiveness initiatives.
• Design and deploy field force incentive designs and deployment plans.
• Partner with clients to define objectives and deliver impactful solutions.
• Develop executive-level recommendations and client-ready content.
• Oversee program design, configuration, and implementation of Axtria SalesIQ.
• Guide onshore/offshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
