Job summary

Axtria, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director to lead global teams delivering commercial analytics and sales effectiveness initiatives within the Life Sciences sector. You will partner with clients, design analytics-based solutions, and present executive recommendations.

The role requires 8–12 years of experience, a strong communication skillset, and a track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, global delivery model. Hybrid in-office work in MA and travel up to 25% are expected.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Life Sciences commercial analytics and related areas.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or MBA.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global teams delivering commercial analytics and sales effectiveness initiatives.
• Partner with clients to understand objectives and design data-driven solutions.
• Develop executive-level presentations and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Work hands-on with client stakeholders with minimal oversight.
• Support design, configuration, and implementation of Axtria SalesIQ™ programs.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality client deliverables.
• Translate complex business problems into clear requirements and actionable solutions across consulting and on-site engagements.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining client satisfaction and delivery timelines.
• Build and develop high-performing teams with coaching and mentoring.
