Job summary

MiniMed seeks a visionary Commercial Operations Leader to architect data, analytics, forecasting, and operational infrastructure for its sales and marketing teams. You will shape a multi-year data strategy, build predictive models, and drive a data-driven culture across the organization.

As a senior leader, you will partner with Finance, IT, and Sales to align forecasts, establish accountability, and deliver measurable improvements in performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Operations or Sales Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year data and analytics strategy for the commercial organization.
• Architect a scalable analytics roadmap from reporting to prescriptive intelligence.
• Lead the commercial forecasting function including demand forecasting and revenue projection methodologies.
• Design, implement and scale standard operating mechanisms (SOMs) across commercial operations.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and insights.
