Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a data-driven Analyst to join the Commercial Excellence & Operations team in a hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX. You will turn complex data into actionable insights, build scalable analytics tools, and influence how a high-growth sales organization makes decisions.

The role focuses on forecasting, performance analytics, and operational reporting, with opportunities to advance automation and AI initiatives. Remote-friendly, with three days onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytic field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, or related analytics function with advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reporting tools for sales, marketing, and leadership.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of commercial performance and segmentation.
• Translate datasets into clear narratives to inform decisions at all levels.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver rigorous, accessible analytical solutions.
• Support forecasting models, revenue projections, and pipeline analysis.
