Job summary

MiniMedis seeking a Senior AI/Data Science Engineer to deliver big-data analytics and decision-support solutions. You will bridge data engineering with applied data science to influence product design and quality reporting.

The role requires deep SQL, data warehouse know-how, and Python data analysis with an interest in AI-augmented development tools. You will build analytical models, dashboards, data pipelines, and scalable solutions while communicating insights to technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with complex joins, window functions and performance optimization.
• Hands-on data warehousing experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift or Azure Synapse.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis and visualization (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib).
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Windsurf or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical findings to cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and scientists to design analytics models, dashboards and data pipelines.
• Design and optimize SQL-based queries and data models across large data warehouses.
• Apply Python-based data analysis and visualization to develop scalable solutions.
• Explore AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity and code quality; prototype ML models.
• Present findings with clear visualizations, reports, and presentations.
• Contribute to data infrastructure strategy including schema design and governance.
