Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial analytics, BI, or sales operations.
• Strong SQL, Python/R, and Excel skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve commercial dashboards and reporting tools for sales, marketing, and leaders.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on commercial performance including sales trends and market dynamics.
• Translate datasets into clear narratives to inform decisions across the organization.
• Identify patterns and opportunities in commercial data and propose evidence-backed recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver rigorous and accessible analytical solutions.
• Build a single source of truth for key commercial metrics.
