Job summary

SPX Technologies, a leader in Detection and Measurement, seeks a Director of Communication Intelligence to steer the COMINT division across global markets. You will oversee strategy, lifecycle management, and cross‑functional execution to expand our spectrum monitoring capabilities and ROI for customers.

Extensive international travel is required. You will translate complex technical concepts into compelling sales messages, guide product teams, and partner with sales to achieve aggressive growth

Qualifications

• Ten years’ experience managing and selling complex enterprise solutions with multi‑million dollar tenders.
• Five+ years in a senior sales or marketing role with product management exposure; COMINT or Spectrum Monitoring is a plus.
• Proven leadership, cross‑functional influence, and ability to negotiate with government and commercial customers.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute COMINT strategies aligned with sales objectives and market trends.
• Lead product management and sales campaigns to grow COMINT growth.
• Drive account expansion, capture management, and solution development with engineers and sales teams.
• Collaborate with global direct sales, reps, and distributors to support channel efforts.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and market penetration to leadership.
• Shape annual operating and growth plans for the COMINT product line and pricing guidelines.
