• Leads strategy and execution of collections programs across multiple loan products and delinquency stages.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with FDCPA, Reg F, UDAAP and related laws.
• Manages third-party vendor relationships and scorecards to drive goals.
• Oversees collections and recovery of past-due loans and collateral liquidation.
