Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required if experience supports role.
• Experience with collections processes and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze data and report findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Recovery Services staff and activities, ensuring policy compliance.
• Prepares monthly delinquency, charge-off and collections reports.
• Liaises with attorneys, collection agencies, and trustees as needed.
• Coaches and evaluates staff to improve performance and member satisfaction.
• Manages department budget and monitors performance against goals.
