Job summary

WellDyne seeks a Director, Infrastructure & Cloud to lead strategy, reliability, and operational performance of its enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms. You will drive modernization, automation, resiliency, and cost-efficiency while ensuring secure, scalable services and strong execution across teams and MSPs.

You will partner with security, architecture, data, and application teams, supervise staff, and report to the VP IT Infrastructure & Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in infrastructure, cloud, platform, or related technology.
• 5+ years of technology leadership in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms, automation, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring, DR, and high-availability.
• Experience managing MSPs, vendors, service levels, and outsourced tech services.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise infra and cloud strategy, modernization, and roadmaps.
• Lead infra and cloud engineering across compute, storage, networking, DB, backup and recovery.
