Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Director of Cloud Infrastructure to lead strategy, reliability, and modernization of our enterprise tech services, including cloud platforms and on-prem systems. You will own governance, risk management, and service delivery across locations while partnering with Security, Applications, Finance, and Audit.

In this hybrid role, you’ll guide multiple teams, drive reliability improvements, cost optimization, and scalable solutions to support growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure or operations leadership.
• Experience driving cloud strategy across multiple platforms.
• Strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year infrastructure and operations roadmap.
• Lead hybrid cloud strategy across Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365.
• Establish standards for availability, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Oversee incident, change, and problem management practices.
• Partner with Security, Audit, Finance to maintain compliance.
• Lead managers and engineers across infrastructure teams.
