Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Director of Infrastructure Network Solutions to drive stability of our backbone, multi-cloud connectivity (AWS/Azure/GCP), campus LAN, wireless, and SD-WAN modernization. The role leads Zero Trust adoption and security governance across the enterprise.

You will partner with IT leadership and external partners to craft a strategic roadmap, optimize costs, and improve customer experience while guiding the global network footprint and modernization programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 15+ years IT experience in networking, security and cloud.
• Experience leading strategic infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships with MSPs, carriers, cloud providers, and partners.
• Develop and execute modernization roadmaps for SD-WAN, cloud networking, and security.
• Oversee Zero Trust strategy, firewall governance, and incident response alignment.
• Drive cost optimization and improve service performance and reliability.
