Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure seeks a Director of Customer Experience to oversee the CX operating model for data center delivery and operations across portfolios. You will lead a team of CX program and project managers, ensuring disciplined governance, clear customer requirements, and scalable, trusted outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in customer experience or related delivery/ops roles.
• 5+ years of people leadership in complex technical environments.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to partner with executives across multiple functions.
• Experience building dashboards, governance cadences and health metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience strategy, operating model and execution standards for data center sites or regional portfolios.
• Own the customer lifecycle from requirements intake through design, readiness, deployment, handoff and support.
• Build and lead a team of CX program and project managers and execution owners.
• Establish governance for requests, escalations, audits, reporting and reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Procurement to align commitments with delivery realities.
• Translate customer requirements into clear project plans and track through closure.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, issue logs and executive summaries.
• Mentor leaders and drive continuous improvement for predictable, scalable workflows.
