Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Director, Customer Experience to lead the CX operating model for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data center delivery and operations. You will connect customer requirements with site readiness, deployment, and steady-state success, ensuring disciplined governance and transparent handoffs.

You will mentor leaders, build dashboards, and partner across Sales, CS, Engineering, and Procurement to translate needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in customer experience, service delivery, or mission-critical operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership in complex technical environments.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle management and escalation handling.
• Proven ability to partner with executive stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead CX strategy, operating model, and execution standards for data center sites.
• Own lifecycle from requirements to deployment and handoff to operations.
• Build and lead a team of program managers and execution owners.
• Establish governance for requests, escalations, audits, and SLA visibility.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Engineering, Construction, and Finance to align commitments.
• Translate capacity, power, cooling, security, and access needs into project plans.
• Drive cross-functional resolution of risks and blockers.
