Oracle’s OCI Strategic Customers Engineering is seeking a Director to lead a high-performing team delivering complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs for strategic customers. You will partner with senior customer executives and OCI engineering, product, operations, support, and capacity teams to ensure customer success, drive execution clarity, and improve delivery predictability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering OCI programs for strategic customers.
• Partner with senior customer executives and OCI teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Own cross-functional delivery for large-scale GPU deployments from dock-to-live.
• Establish rhythms, frameworks, KPIs, and reviews to improve delivery predictability.
• Identify delivery risks and blockers; drive mitigation and closures.
• Support incident readiness, escalation, and post-incident follow-up.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and translate requirements into plans.
• Mentor and develop program managers and cross-functional leaders.
