Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer experience, account management, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise, cloud, colocation, or mission-critical infrastructure customers.
• Strong written communication and ability to create clear, customer-ready summaries.
• Familiarity with cross-functional coordination across sales, operations, engineering and legal.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer experience owner for assigned customers and deployment programs.
• Maintain account-level visibility into commitments, readiness, milestones, and escalation status.
• Coordinate customer-facing communications and executive reviews with stakeholders.
• Track requirements related to capacity, security, compliance, network readiness, and operational handoff.
• Own issue logs, escalation trackers, action plans, and closure through cross-functional alignment.
